We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property PRETTY COTTAGE JUST A SHORT DISTANCE TO THE QUAYSIDE WITH PARKING Situated in the centre of this historic and very picturesque fishing village of Appledore renowned for its tidal estuary quaint cottages maritime links and annual book festival. This delightful cottage which has unusually for the village allocated parking is just a few steps from the quayside and a short walk to the waterfront with its rock pools boat ramp and area of sand (at low tide.) Popular attractions close by include Clovelly a unique cliff-side fishing village The Milky Way The Big Sheep and RHS Rosemoor Gardens. Westward Ho! is a short drive away and with 2 miles of sandy beach is ideal for swimming or surfing. The property is ideally placed to enjoy the best of North Devon and North Cornwall s holiday attractions. The stylish accommodation with split levels low ceilings and doorways offers TWO bedrooms: 2 doubles on the first floor one with en-suite shower room and WC the other with en-suite bathroom comprising of shower over whirlpool bath and WC. Lounge/diner: open-plan with TV/DVD and iPod docking station. Separate dining area on a split level. Kitchen: with gas hob electric oven microwave fridge with ice compartment washing machine and dishwasher. Outside: private parking for 1 car with shared access beside the property.
