We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Conveniently placed for touring the area with numerous local attractions nearby. If it is relaxation you require there are superb walks coupled with panoramic views of surrounding countryside right on the doorstep. Enjoy a pleasant walk to the unspoilt cove at Peppercombe or drive to the golden sands of Westward Ho! or Instow. The Tarka Trail offers good walking and cycling. The nearby market towns of Bideford and Barnstaple are only a short drive with a wide range of shops pubs and restaurants.
