Most properties where dogs are welcome will allow them throughout, however please check the individual property description as some owners may request that they are restricted to a specific area i.e. kitchen or conservatory etc.

If you are thinking of taking a puppy this MUST be declared to holidaycottages.co.uk at the time of booking and will need to be specifically authorised by the owner.

Sometimes it will state 'by arrangement', if so, the breed or size of dog will need to be checked with the owner of the property.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property SPACIOUS PROPERTY WITH INDOOR HEATED SWIMMING POOL AND MULTI-GYM This impressive property sits adjacent to the owners own home where privacy is assured. Enjoy the peace and quiet of this coastal location with lovely sea views. Families can enjoy a day out at the beach and come home for a splash in the pool. A convenient spot to explore all of North Devon and North Cornwall with many family attractions within easy drive. The famous Clovelly village is located only 2 miles away with shop pubs and tearooms rich in history with its steep cobbled winding streets and tiny harbour is a fantastic place to visit for all the family. The Milky Way Adventure Park is located only 2 miles away. The nautical fishing village of Appledore and port town of Bideford are also within easy drive. In the evening sit and relax in the garden and enjoy spectacular sunsets and sea views. Leisure facilities: indoor heated swimming pool (private sessions can be arranged on arrival) shower and WC and gym. Farm activities: together with the resident dogs the owners currently have onsite a wide range of animals including pigs sheep chickens guinee Pigs rabbits Tortoise and terrapins. Guests are welcome to see interact and feed the animals; all by arrangement with the owner (due to the nature of farming these activities are seasonal). The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower and WC and 1 twin. Bathroom: with freestanding bath shower and WC. Lounge/diner: with Smart TV/DVD with Netflix. Kitchen: well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and washer/dryer. Outside: lawn area with pond (care required) garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: shops 2 miles pub 2 miles and beach 3 miles.
