We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property QUAINT COTTAGE IN A VILLAGE LOCATION IN THE BLACK MOUNTAINS The property with thick walls and a traditional stone roof is attached to the owner s home yet your privacy is respected at all times. It is close to a big lake for all things wild and watery as well as huge surrounding mountains and awe inspiring landscapes. Centrally located with Brecon within 7 miles gorgeous Hay-on-Wye the famous book town is within 15 minutes Crickhowell and Abergavenny are both easily accessible too. Beautiful Black Mountain peaks right from the door there are numerous trails and circular routes for all levels of fitness. The is lots to do without the need of getting in the car from exciting zip wires & high ropes for older children indoor climbing & pony trekking sailing and water-skiing available on the lake perfect for an adventurous & relatively car free holiday. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size with en-suite WC and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Shower room: with shower and WC on the ground floor. Lounge/diner: with woodburner (first basket of logs included) TV and DVD. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher washing machine and fridge. Outside: enclosed garden to the front with seating and views over the stream at the rear. Amenities: private off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dogs welcome. Additional info: home baked treats on arrival. Secure storage for bikes. Location: pubs and shops within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm Need to know SLEEPS 2 - 4: Two pretty bedrooms; En-suite king-size master bedroom plus a twin bedroom. Bedding towels and haridryer included. PUT YOUR FEET UP : Cosy living room full central heating log burning stove with a basket of logs & kindling on arrival deeply comfortable sofa and two large armchairs. Heaps of books local leaflets games wi-fi dvd player tv and audio dock. RUSTLE UP SOME FOOD: Family dining table well equipped kitchen with dishwasher electric hob and oven microwave fridge freezer space available. Homebaked treats on arrival (add a note in the comments box when booking for any food intolerances) basics included coffee tea sugar washing up liquid etc. CLEAN & TIDY: Three loos! An upstairs family bathroom with bath overhead shower basin and loo. Master bedroom en-suite with basin and loo. Downstairs shower room with loo.
