We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

This rural setting boasts far reaching countryside views from the garden. Wonderfully situated on the edge of the Quantock Hills and located between two reservoirs the first being used for sailing and the other for trout fishing. There are a network of cycle routes and footpaths directly from the property with a cross country walk taking you to a popular village pub. Ideally situated to tour much of the West Country with the famous Cheddar Gorge Wookey Hole and the historic towns of Glastonbury and Wells all being within easy reach. The popular Clarks Village outlet shopping centre is just a 30-minute drive away as well as Taunton with its high street shops cafes and restaurants. The accommodation is on one level and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with TV and 1 twin. Shower room: with shower and WC. Kitchen/diner: with double oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Lounge: with sofa bed TV/DVD and iPod dock. Outside: shared garden paddock and decked area with seating BBQ and access to the trampoline. Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included.
