We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property STONE BUILT BARN IN GREAT LOCATION FOR TOURING This pretty property nestling in the grounds of the owners home has been converted to provide a rural yet comfortable retreat. Located in the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and with a public footpath close by it provides a great base to explore the countryside. The quaint village of Blagdon is just 3 miles away and offers a great range of village amenities while Cheddar and Wells the smallest city in England are only just slightly further afield. Keen walkers can take the nearby public footpath and spend the day exploring Cheddar Gorge or a short drive to the coast and enjoy a stroll at Weston Super Mare. There are further walking and fishing opportunities at Blagdon and Chew Valley lakes. City enthusiasts are also well catered for with Bristol with its array of shops and restaurants and the historic Roman spa city of Bath with its stunning architecture and wealth of activities within an easy drive. The accommodation is arranged on one level and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 single. Shower room: with shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan living space with TV/DVD. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob microwave and fridge. Outside: access to shared lawn garden (please note that there is a shallow brook at the edge of this). Amenities: private off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen towels electric electric heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome (please kindly ensure kept under control around other pets on site). Location: beach 14 miles pub and village shop 3 miles.
