We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property 1 OF 2 PROPERTIES 50 ACRES WITH CHICKENS DONKEY PONIES SMALL ANIMALS AND WOODLAND Situated in a delightful part of North Cornwall this farm offers 2 cottages that are the ideal base for a family holiday. Enjoying panoramic views over fields to the nearby coastline. You will be perfectly positioned for touring Cornwall and North Devon and visiting the many safe sandy family beaches including Widemouth Bay (ideal for surfing) which is less than 3 miles by car. You will also be close to the many attractions which include Dairyland Farm World. The area is famed for its walks many of which offer scenery of outstanding natural beauty. Both properties are former barns converted and refurbished yet still retaining much of their charm with many of the original features such as open beams being retained where possible. Farm activities: guests are welcome to explore the grounds and see the animals which includes chickens donkey and ponies. Play facilities: shared outdoor children s play area. Outside: each property has a separate picnic table BBQ and shared garden. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen included. Electric by 1 meter. Night storage heating included October - April. Logs available to purchase onsite. Laundry facilities available by arrangement. 1 dog welcome (regret no pets in July or August). Stairgate available. Location: beach 3 miles shop and pub 2 miles. Arrival: 3.30pm. An upside-down barn conversion offering TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin downstairs. Bathroom: located on the first floor with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with views flatscreen TV DVD woodburner (first basket of logs included October - April) and hi-fi. Kitchen area with cooker fridge with ice compartment microwave and dishwasher.
