We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Ideal for couples small families or a group of friends seeking a quiet base to explore this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Located in the picture post card village of Brig o Turk in the beautiful Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Within easy reach of the picturesque towns of Callander and Aberfoyle. The immediate area is a paradise for Munro baggers walkers cyclists and mountain bikers with numerous renowned forest tacks country trails and mountain ranges close at hand to explore. Fisherman and water sports enthusiasts with be delighted with the nearby Loch Venachar or take a pleasant boat trip across the waters of Loch Katrine. Golfers are also well catered for with the scenic courses of Callander and Aberfoyle making this all a fantastic base for your holiday. Leisure facilities: fishing rights on the Black Water River for trout fishing located next to the property. The single storey accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size and 1 bunk bedroom. Shower room: with shower and WC. Lounge/diner: with open fire (first basket of logs included) TV/DVD and iPod dock. Kitchen: with electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing/dryer. Outside: front and rear mature garden with seating areas. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 3 dogs welcome. Additional info: small children should be supervised at all times due to river beside garden.
