Sometimes it will state 'by arrangement', if so, the breed or size of dog will need to be checked with the owner of the property.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Northleach makes a wonderful base from which to explore the Cotswolds being close to the historic market towns of Stow-on-the-Wold Bourton-on-the-Water Moreton-in-Marsh Broadway and Burford and many quintessential limestone villages. Cheltenham race course is within easy reach as well as a host of golf courses while the surrounding countryside provides a network of footpaths cycle paths and bridleways. With attractions to The Cotswold Farm Park numerous National Trust properties and gardens Snowshill Manor Hidcote Gardens Chastleton House and Chedworth Roman Villa. The Daylesford Organic Farm Shop and Batsford Arboretumn open throughout the year. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size with TV and en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC. On the ground floor 1 twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request) with en-suite shower and WC. Seperate WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with TV and DVD. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing/dryer. Outside: a courtyard with seating. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Amenities: off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Location: restaurants pubs and shops within walking distance. Arrival: 3pm.
