We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property DETATCHED PROPERTY SET ON WORKING FARM WITH LIVERY CLOSE TO COAST Beautifully refurbished in 2016 this barn with enclosed garden and extensive planting is set in 45 acres stocking sheep horses peacocks and doves. A major cycle route is to be found off the farm perimeter. It is located in the idyllic Conwy Valley offering peace and tranquillity. Conwy a World Heritage Site with 13th century castle together with independent shops restaurants and a fishing harbour. Places to visit include Conwy Castle and the town walls Plas Mawr and Britain s smallest house. Nearby are Bodnant Gardens Welsh Food Centre Surf Snowdonia RSPB reserve and fishing lakes. Enjoy the delights of local gastro pubs and the pancake house. Ideally placed for exploring Llandudno Betws-y-Coed and the Isle of Anglesey.
