We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property 1 OF 2 CHARACTER COTTAGES WITH SUPERB COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS AND FOOTPATHS These charming cottages reportedly date back to the 15th century and retain many original features such as exposed beams and stonework set on the owners smallholding with footpaths right on your doorstep and views over the rolling countryside towards Dartmoor these cottages make a great base for families or couples. Offering spectacular views over some of Devon s most beautiful countryside towards Dartmoor you will be within 2 miles Morchard Bishop village with its popular award winning shop traditional inn serving food and miles of footpaths. Centrally located Exmoor and Dartmoor are great for walking riding and cycling. Beach lovers will enjoy Westward Ho! Woolacombe and Saunton on the north coast or Sidmouth Exmouth and Dawlish on the south coast all offering long stretches of sand and ideal for surfing or bathing. The nearby town of Crediton is lively and has a good range of shops and an indoor pool. The cathedral city of Exeter is a just a short drive and has an abundance of attractions and places of interest. Farm activities: guests can help feed the chickens ducks and collect eggs. Outside: shared enclosed garden with great countryside views towards Dartmoor. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric and under floor heating included. Wi-Fi available. 3 dogs welcome. Regret no smoking. Location: shop and pub 2 miles. This building adjoins the owners farmhouse and is aptly named as it would have originally housed a tethered horse that would walk around providing power to grind the corn. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with 1 single bed and 1 twin. Bathroom: shower over bath. Separate WC. Lounge/diner: with woodburner (logs included) and TV/DVD. Kitchen: with electric cooker fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside: private patio area with seating overlooking the shared garden. Arrival: 4pm.
