We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property PRIME LOCATION FOR THE BRECON BEACONS NATIONAL PARK WITH HOT TUB This cosy detached cottage surrounded by the Welsh hills has its own private garden parking and entrance and sits within the grounds of the owner s property although your privacy is respected at all times. The local village of Tretower is within 2 miles and is home to a castle and a trip over the hill will also take you to the lovely Talgarth Mill. It is a great location for heading off to Hay-on-Wye browsing in Brecon or stocking up in Crickhowell. The Brecon Beacons National Park is perfect for walking and cycling and the Rivers Usk & Wye are both nearby for fishing. Day permits for the Usk are available in Crickhowell and canoes for the River Wye can be rented in Glasbury. Leisure facilities: private hot tub. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 twin (with restricted head height) and on the ground floor you ll find 1 king-size bedroom. Shower room: with shower and WC. Lounge/diner: with woodburner (first basket of logs included) TV and DVD. Kitchen: with oven and hob and American style fridge/freezer. Outside: enclosed garden with BBQ garden furniture and hot tub. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking. 2 small dogs 2 medium dogs or 1 large dog welcome. Additional info: welcome pack on arrival. Security deposit 200 managed by the owner. Location: pub within walking distance. Arrival: 4pm Need to know SLEEPS 2 - 4 : Two bedrooms a king-size master bedroom on the ground floor and an upstairs twin bedroom. Bedding towels and bath robes provided in the master bedroom. RELAXING : Great living space with large sofa tv dvd wood burning stove with basket of logs/kindling on arrival. COOKING & DINING : Large double oven range cooker American fridge freezer cafetiere breakfast bar plus dining table and chairs. USEFUL THINGS: Welcome gift on arrival. Basics included salt pepper coffee tea sugar washing up liquid. Childrens books and toys in twin bedroom. Local guide books and information leaflets. OUTSIDE SPACE: Secure garden with barbeque table and benches parasol private large spa style hot tub. PETS : Well behaved dog/s can come to stay (2 small 2 medium (Springer Spaniel or smaller) or 1 large (Labrador or bigger) no paws in the bedrooms please. SETTING: The cottage is detached with its own private garden parking and entrance it sits within the grounds of the owners property although your privacy is respected at all times. MIND YOUR HEAD: The upstairs twin bedroom is within the eaves of the cottage the beds are full sized single beds however the head height is low and more suited to children. SECURITY BOND: There is a 200 security deposit managed by the owner.
