We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Approached via a quiet residential street the property offers luxury accommodation and is a perfect base from which to explore the North Norfolk coast. Set within the coastal town of Cromer a bustling seaside town with the end of the pier show shops restaurants and pubs. Other attractions within very easy reach of Cromer are Amazona Zoo Sheringham home to the North Norfolk Steam Railway from where you can take a steam train to the ever popular town of Holt. National Trust properties include Felbrigg and Blickling Halls and Sheringham Country Park. Coastal foot paths wind along the coast along with the popular Coastal Hopper Bus. Bathroom: with bath separate shower and WC. Lounge/diner/kitchen: with 3D Smart TV with Blu-ray/DVD/Wii games console and a selection of games iPod dock and feature electric fire. Kitchen area with oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave and cupboard with washing machine. Outside: enclosed private south facing garden with private hot tub patio garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking for 2 cars.
