We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Located in the grounds of a magnificent mansion house and country estate close to the pretty towns of Ladybank and Cupar. Within easy reach to the world famous historic town of St Andrews. Perfect for golf enthusiast with over 50 courses within a 25-mile radius including the Old Course and the championship course at Ladybank only 2 miles away. Walkers hikers and cyclists are well catered for with numerous trails cycle paths country parks and nature reserves to explore. The scenic East Neuk with its array of picture postcard fishing villages and sandy beaches are close at hand. With the cities of Edinburgh Perth and Dundee all within easy reach by car or by train.
