We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property CHARMING DETACHED LODGE WITH WONDERFUL ROLLING HILL AND COUNTRYSIDE VIEWS This wonderful period property situated on a working farm has been tastefully refurbished to a high standard and retains many period features and charm offering cosy country living with 21st century comfort. Located in the Kingdom of Fife only 3 miles from the famous Knockhill racing circuit close to the charming villages of the Crook of Devon and Dollar yet within a short trip to the cities of Perth Stirling Edinburgh and Glasgow with their excellent shopping and leisure facilities. You are spoiled for choice with a wealth of activities and attractions within easy reach including golf courses fishing numerous castles and heritage sites to explore with beautiful valleys and forest trails ideal for walking hiking and mountain biking or just relax and enjoy the magnificent scenery and abundance of wildlife. The Falkirk Wheel and the famous Kelpies are a short drive away and are a great day out there are some lovely walks in the area including Loch Leven or the Millennium walk which is the local Gorge and is less than 2 miles away. Blair Drummond boasts a fantastic safari park and is approx. 40 minutes away. This charming single storey dwelling offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with log effect electric fire flat screen TV/DVD and CD. Dining room. Kitchen: well-equipped with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine and microwave. Outside: large enclosed garden with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome access to the fields with farmers consent dogs must be kept on a lead whilst on the farmland. Location: local convenience shop and tea room 1 mile pub and restaurants 3 miles. Arrival: 4pm
