We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property PRETTY PROPERTY WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF SANDY BEACH This delightful property has been lovingly furnished to provide a comfortable holiday retreat for small families and couples alike. Located on a friendly holiday complex boasting gardens designed by David Bellamy it provides a great taste of laid back Cornish life! An idyllic spot for a family holiday being within walking distance of Swanpool beach and only just slightly further from pretty Maenporth. Head out further along the stunning coastline and there are many quaint fishing villages to explore or the larger town of Falmouth with its yacht marinas and array of shops galleries museums and restaurants. Alternatively explore inland where days out can include visits to the sub-tropical gardens of Trebah and Glendurgan Flambards Adventure Park Helford River The Eden Project and the cathedral city of Truro. Outdoor enthusiasts can also enjoy numerous walking and cycling opportunities in the area or even a game of golf on the neighbouring course. Leisure facilities: on-site tennis court gym spa steam room and small plunge pool available for guests to use. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 bunk bedroom. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Additional WC on the ground floor. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan yet with TV/DVD with freeview and electric fire. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer and washing machine. Outside: patio area to the rear of the property with garden furniture and BBQ and shared lawn area further to this. Amenities: private off-road parking for 1 car and further visitor spaces available. Bed linen towels (except beach towels) electric heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 small well-behaved dog welcome (please kindly ensure that kept on the ground floor). Regret no smoking inside the property. Additional info: there is a stream on site so please take care with children and pets. Location: beach pub and village shop all within walking distance.
