Most properties where dogs are welcome will allow them throughout, however please check the individual property description as some owners may request that they are restricted to a specific area i.e. kitchen or conservatory etc.

If you are thinking of taking a puppy this MUST be declared to holidaycottages.co.uk at the time of booking and will need to be specifically authorised by the owner.

Sometimes it will state 'by arrangement', if so, the breed or size of dog will need to be checked with the owner of the property.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Kennack Sands is renowned for its golden sand clear water cafes surf school with life guards that ensure safe family swimming during the summer. If you fancy a change of scenery from the beach why not take a walk along the beautiful coastal path which will take you through the nearby Natural England Gwendreath National Nature Reserve. Further afield you have the picturesque Cornish fishing village of Coverack little known for its amazing Terence Coventry coastland sculpture park. Walking to Cadgwith Cove why not visit historic Poltesco and learn about the medieval mills and 17th century pilchard cellars. Entering this first floor apartment you have a large closet on the right for coats and shoes. Following on you enter the large open-plan lounge area where you can relax in the huge corner sofa and take in the views of the surrounding countryside via the bi folding doors or snuggle up to watch the TV or use the DVD to watch a movie. If you decide to stay in and cook a meal there is a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob microwave and fridge/freezer. You don t even need to do the dishes as there is a dishwasher in the kitchen to do the work for you. From the lounge area are two bedrooms a super-king-size (which up as a twin on request) with its very own en-suite shower room with shower and WC and a further twin zip-and-link (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request). You will also find the main bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. Heading outside you find a shared lawn and patio area. You re more than welcome to enjoy these why not enjoy a picnic on the lawn on a warm summer s day. There is one allocated parking space outside the apartment.
