We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property DELIGHTFUL COTTAGE IN BEAUTIFULLY RURAL LOCATION This pretty property nestles next to the owners home on a family-run smallholding in a quiet farm lane. With an expanse of countryside to explore in the immediate area and just a short drive from the coast it provides a perfect holiday base for small families and couples alike. Enjoy the spectacular coastline that the area is famed for ranging from pretty sheltered coves at Sandymouth Duckpool and Welcombe Mouth to the picturesque fishing villages of Clovelly Tintagel and Appledore and family friendly surfing beaches at Bude and Westward Ho! Outdoor enthusiasts will also be spoilt for choice as nearby Tamar Lakes offers a variety of watersports along with fishing and scenic strolls and the Tarka Trail Dartmoor National Park and Bodmin Moor some fabulous walks. Other attractions in the area include The Milky Way Adventure Park Hartland Abbey and Quay RHS Rosemoor Tapely Park and numerous National Trust properties. Leisure facilities: fishing available nearby on the neighbouring farm (please enquire and pay directly). The accommodation is arranged on one level and offers TWO bedrooms: approached via a slight slope from the lounge/diner 1 king-size and 1 twin. Bathroom: with bath separate shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with multi-fuel burner (first basket of logs free) TV/DVD with a selection of children s DVD s and board games and patio doors to outside. Kitchen area: with electric oven and hob microwave fridge with ice compartment dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside: enclosed garden area with lawn garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: private off-road parking for 1 car and additional can be found close by. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 2 dogs welcome. Regret no smoking. Additional info: cream tea upon arrival and a selection of children s DVD s and board games in the living room. Storage for bikes available. Location: beach 17 miles pub 3 miles and shops 7 miles.
