We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property SITUATED IN A CONSERVATION AREA OF THIS HISTORIC MARKET TOWN SLEEPS 4 1 This detached property has been completely re-built internally whilst retaining the traditional exterior. The interior is beautifully presented with many personal touches to complete each room. Surrounded by farmlands and wooded hills Huntly lies between the Moray Firth with its picturesque fishing villages beaches and cliffs and the Cairngorms National Park offering the chance to explore the best of coast and country. In the town itself ancient Huntly Castle home of the Gordon clan is open to the public and there are good shops pubs and restaurants clustered round the town square. Activities include golf Nordic ski-ing on an all-weather track swimming angling biking and walking. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size and 1 twin bedroom on the first floor. Bathroom: located on the ground floor with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with flatscreen TV / Freeview / DVD / hi-fi / iPod dock and sofa bed. Dining room. Kitchen: with cooker fridge freezer microwave and dishwasher. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: south facing enclosed garden with patio area garden furniture BBQ children s play equipment and a secure shed for sports equipment storage. Amenities: parking for 2 cars on the drive and further off road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels Wi-Fi electric and central heating included. 1 dog welcome. Regret no smoking inside property. Additional Info: Owner can provide free transport to and from train station and to and from Airport for a small fee. Location: 5 minutes walk to town centre with shops pubs restaurants and railway station with direct trains to Aberdeen and Inverness. Arrival 4pm.
