We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Or just relax whilst gazing out to sea and watching the boats go to and fro. Further afield you have local attractions including the picturesque coastal village of Woolacombe which boast a three-mile long golden sand beach pubs restaurants and shops. As well as National Trust s Arlington Court Watermouth Castle and Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park. When entering the property you have the kitchen/diner to your left and to your right the lounge area. Entering the lounge area where you can relax in the huge corner sofa and take in the glance views of the harbour or sit back and relax and put on the wood burner effect electric fire whilst watching a movie. If you decide to stay in and cook a meal there is a well-equipped kitchen with an electric oven and hob microwave and fridge/freezer. From the kitchen area you access the spiral staircase with a low ceiling to the first floor area where you will find one bedroom a king-size boasting sea views and showroom with shower and WC. Leading off the first floor area is a second spiral stair case leading up to the second floor which has a twin room boasting sea views and bathroom with bath separate shower and WC. A parking permit is provided for the length of your stay the car park is within walking distance of the property.
