We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property COSY SEMI-DETACHED COTTAGE SET IN A QUAINT NORFOLK VILLAGE OF HARPLEY Approached via a quiet country lane this Gothic style cottage is delightful retaining much original charm. The cottage is attached to the owner s property with a shared garden which offers far reaching views over fields and has a BBQ hut to enjoy. The property is located in a traditional Norfolk village with a pub and children s play park within walking distance. The property set in the heart of the Norfolk countryside is a great place from which to explore the surrounding area Sandringham and the Queen s estate is a short drive along with many other grand houses including Houghton Hall. Bircham Windmill along with Castle Rising also popular. The North Norfolk coast is close with Wells Next the Sea and Blakeney Point. Fakenham and King s Lynn offer shops and restaurants and good pubs can be found in the surrounding villages. Leisure facilities: Zumba & Circuit classes conveniently located in the village running & cycling routes directly from the door. Beauty treatments are also available at the cottage or at nearby salon with arrangement with the owner. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 further double with bunk above. Bathroom: bath with shower over WC and underfloor heating. Lounge/diner: with TV DVD and woodburner (first basket of logs included). Kitchen: with electric oven and hob fridge washing machine and microwave. Freezer in the garage. Outside: shared garden with garden furniture and BBQ hut perfect to enjoy the summer evenings. Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric Wi-Fi and central heating included. 1 dog welcome dogs not permitted upstairs (stair gates provided). Regret no smoking. Location: beach 15 miles shops 3 miles and pub within walking distance. Arrival: 3pm.
