We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

The South Hams covers the most southerly tip of Devon. From the wild beauty of Dartmoor to the stunning southern coastline there are miles of beautiful countryside and delightful estuaries and rivers to explore. Enjoy some of the finest beaches in the West Country from sheltered rock pools to long sandy surfing beaches. There are numerous unspoilt villages to explore with little shops tearooms galleries and restaurants. An ideal base for exploring the whole area including The English Riviera popular Dartmouth and the city of Plymouth with its cinemas ice skating theatre Hoe Barbican and National Marine Aquarium. Closer to home are the villages of Start Point and East Prawle which is the most southerly point of Devon and home to a popular pub as well as rare birds butterflies and wildlife. Hallsands with its intriguing history and unspoilt cove is a perfect base for walking shore fishing and exploring the coastline as well as East Portlemouth from where you can catch a small ferry to Salcombe. Outside: enclosed shared garden area accessed through the front gate and across a very quiet narrow road. Keen walkers can enjoy a 30 minute walk to the coast along the footpath accessed direct from the property. Amenities: ample off-road parking. This apartment situated on the second floor has a mixture of slate and wooden floors and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin bedroom (only suitable for children). Bathroom: with bath and WC.
