We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property BEAUTIFULLY LOCATED AMIDST THE UNSPOILT BEAUTY OF THE ASSYNT PENINSULA This charming south-facing detached cottage enjoys magnificent views over the green valley to the moors and is at the mid-point of the scenic single-track road which winds round the coast from Lochinver to Kylesku. The surrounding area offers excellent outdoor activities including walking climbing fishing diving and boat trips. At the Geopark Assynt there are nature reserves bird colonies and a wealth of flora and fauna. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 zip-and-link (please specify if double or twin required). Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Separate WC. Lounge: with woodburner TV/Freeview/DVD and hi-fi. Dining room. Kitchen: with gas hob electric cooker fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. Drying room. Outside: open grounds surrounding the cottage with patio and garden furniture. Amenities: bed linen towels electric and central heating included. Ample parking and storage for outdoor equipment.
