We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property GRADE II LISTED COTTAGE A SHORT DRIVE FROM THE A30 SLEEPS 4 1 This delightful property nestles in the Cornish village of Altarnun renowned for being one of the prettiest in the county and boasting the church where Doc Martin s wedding was filmed. Lovingly furnished but still boasting numerous original features it provides a great base for couples and families looking to explore the area. The immediate area really is a haven for walkers and cyclists. Enjoy Bodmin Moor with its varied wildlife birds and truly breathtaking views Colliford Lake Crowdy Reservoir and Siblyback Lake which offers fly fishing rowing boat hire sailing windsurfing and canoeing. Alternatively head towards the coast and visit Boscastle Port Isaac Padstow and Tintagel to the north or Polperro and Looe to the south. Other attractions within easy reach include the Eden Project Cothele House and Quay Morwellham Quay Trethorne Leisure Farm and Golf Course and vibrant Plymouth offering a wealth of shops restaurants and activities for the whole family. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size and 1 double with additional single. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs included) and TV/DVD. Kitchen/diner: with electric double oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside: enclosed garden with lawn patio area garden furniture and BBQ. Additional info: please note there is a brook running in front of the cottage door and therefore care must be taken with children and dogs. Amenities: roadside parking.
