We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Surrounded by acres of farmland of which you are free to roam along with easy access to the river Thames pathway with inns and tea rooms along the way. The Historic town of Burford is just a short distance away giving access to many of the pretty Cotswold villages to include Bourton on the Water Stow on the Wold and Bibury. The Cotswold Wildlife Park where animals are housed in the grounds of the old manor. National Trust Houses and gardens to include Kelmscott Manor and Chedworth Roman Villa. Further afield is the City of Oxford with its dreaming spires and river punting. Cheltenham for its many festivals and the Gold Cup races. Leisure facilities: stabling by arrangement with the owner.
