We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property BEAUTIFULLY APPOINTED PROPERTY IN CONVENIENT LOCATION This stunning property has been lovingly fitted and furnished by its artistic owner and is conveniently located in the picturesque Cornish town of Lostwithiel. An ideal position for touring the county there are some lovely beaches and fishing villages close by as well as numerous attractions to cater for all interests. A short downhill stroll from the property takes you into Lostwithiel which offers a good selection of pubs and restaurants as well as a host of antiques shops that earn the town its reputation as being the antiques capital of Cornwall. Outdoor enthusiasts will also be spoilt for choice with the river offering kayaking canoeing and fishing opportunities. There are also some beautiful walks around Restormel Castle and along the Saints Way. Other attractions close by include The Eden Project Lost Gardens of Heligan and Lanhydrock House and Gardens and Polkerris and Parr beaches are within a 15 minute drive of Lostwithiel. There is also a railway station in the town ideal for those who do not drive or who wish to travel by train as you can hop on and off easily; London to Penzance without any fuss. Split level up-side down style accommodation arranged over three floors and accessed via the middle offering TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size and 1 double both with patio doors opening onto the rear garden and located on the lower ground floor. Bathroom: with bath separate shower and WC also located on the lower ground floor. Lounge: lovely light room forming the whole of the upper floor and offering views with woodburner TV/DVD iPod dock and patio doors to enclosed balcony perfect for al fresco dining. Dining room. Kitchen: with electric double oven and gas hob fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: delightful rear garden. Amenities: private off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Strictly no smoking inside the property. Additional info: wood briquettes/heat logs can only be used in the woodburner; please state when booking if you would like these to be ordered and delivered for your stay at an extra cost. Location: beach 6 miles selection of pubs shops and eateries within walking distance.
