We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property TRULY SUPERB TOWN HOUSE WITH GREAT ACCESS TO THE CORNISH RIVIERA Imposing Georgian style property set in the historic former ancient capital which now provides some of the finest antique shopping in the county. It is within easy walking distance of the centre which has a selection of pubs and restaurants to cater for all tastes. Lostwithiel is located on the picturesque upper reaches of the Fowey River and benefits from a mainline railway station conveniently situated within a 5 minute walk from the property. Take a trip to the impressive Restormel Castle or for the energetic amongst you a 3 mile walk or short car drive to the neighbouring village of Lerryn is a must. Here one will find this quaint place with its traditional green and local pub. To the south are the harbour towns of Fowey and Charlestown approximately 6 miles. Fowey boasts some fine eateries inns and individual boutiques and Charlestown featured in the Poldark series is a perfect place to relax on the quay. Attractions in the area include The Eden Project The Ship Wreck Centre Lost Gardens of Heligan Poldark Mine St Michaels Mount and National Trust properties including nearby Lanhydrock house. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size and 1 twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a super-king-size on request). Bathroom: with roll-top bath shower and WC. Separate WC on the ground floor. Lounge: with feature fireplace smartTV and doors to the garden area. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and gas hob microwave fridge and dishwasher. Utility room: with washing machine and door to the garden area. Outside: enclosed garden area with seating and BBQ. Amenities: roadside parking on a first come first served basis additional parking available in the free car park nearby. Bed linen towels (not beach towels) electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: beach 4.5 miles pubs and shops within walking distance. Arrival: 3pm.
