We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property PERFECT GET AWAY IN THE NORTH YORKSHIRE NATIONAL PARK Beautifully converted barn set on a working farm offering lovely accommodation in an area known for its astounding beauty and spectacular walks. The property looks up across far-reaching rural views and is the perfect retreat to get away from everyday life and a fantastic base for great days out across Yorkshire with the family. Being in the National Park this property is a walkers painters and photographers paradise with all the views and wildlife it is truly an outstanding part of the UK. Being away from all the hustle and bustle you can really unwind here and have a break from it all. It is Ideal to go for days out in York or Harrogate. If you fancy a day at the beach why not drive to the coastal towns of Whitby or Scarborough. The dramatic scenery of the North Yorkshire Moors can be enjoyed aboard the famous steam train which runs from Pickering 13 miles to the ancient fishing port of Whitby. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 master double on the first floor. On the ground floor 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom: with bath and WC on the first floor . Shower and WC on the ground floor. Lounge: spacious room with TV DVD and balcony. Kitchen/diner: open-plan with electric hob oven fridge freezer washing machine dishwasher and microwave. Outside: patio for alfresco dining with picnic table. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included due to the remote location of this property please be aware that the Wi-Fi can be intermittent at times. Regret no smoking. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Location: pubs 2 miles village shop 6 miles supermarkets 10 miles. Arrival: 3.30pm.
