We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property LOVINGLY REFURBISHED COASTAL COTTAGE WITH AN INN AT THE END OF THE ROAD This beautifully furnished semi-detached property perfectly fuses the old with the new and lies on the scenic Haven waterway. The small pebble beach is less than 100m away and with the famous Pembrokeshire coast right on your doorstep. An ideal base for walkers and families. Hazelbeach is well located to enjoy the best of Pembrokeshire. The coastal path runs close to the cottage and stretches for 186 miles. Neyland Marina is 1.5 miles and has boat trips restaurant and pontoon with some impressive sea faring vessels. Historic Pembroke is 6 miles and has a medieval castle the birth place of Henry VII and many shops and restaurants. There are many excellent beaches nearby such as Broad Haven Barafundle and Freshwater East. The resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot are just 12 miles. A host of attractions such as Oakwood Theme Park Blue Lagoon Folly Farm and Castell Henllys provide excellent days out. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC on the ground floor. Separate WC on the first floor. Lounge/diner: with open fire TV DVD a selection of books and games. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob microwave fridge freezer washer/dryer and dishwasher. Outside: front patio enclosed rear patio with table and chairs leading to raised patio accessed via steps and ramp with waterway views. Amenities: nearby parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Additional info: free parking in a nearby by public car park.
