We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property GRADE II LISTED COTTAGE IN THE HEART OF A MARKET TOWN Peacefully tucked away within the old town of Moreton-in-Marsh amongst a hamlet of character cottages and just a short walk from the bustling High street. This traditional Cotswold cottage with its inglenook fire place cottage style steep winding staircase and exposed beams is most inviting after a day s exploring. Moreton-in-Marsh is one of the principal market towns in the Cotswolds situated on the Fosse Way and now served by the main line railway from London Paddington. Being well placed to enjoy the many surrounding Cotswolds towns to include Broadway Bourton-on-the-Water and Stow-on-the-Wold. For keen walkers and cyclists a number of well way marked paths networking throughout the area with many fine country inns for refreshment along the way. For enthusiastic gardeners there is Batsford Arboretum and garden centre. A visit to Daylesford farm shop and restaurant. Cheltenham for a day at the races. And Stratford upon Avon just perfect for the Theatre. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: on the first floor 1 double. On the second floor 1 twin which is accessed via the double. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Separate WC on the ground floor. Lounge/diner: with woodburner TV and DVD. Kitchen: well-equipped with electric oven and hob fridge washing machine and microwave. Outside: a small courtyard with seating. Amenities: roadside parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Location: shops pubs and restaurants within walking distance. Arrival: 3pm.
