We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property QUINTESSENTIAL COTTAGE WITHIN THE HEART OF COTSWOLD VILLAGE Peacefully nestled within a cluster of characterful properties with an open aspect to the rear offering views across the English country garden and surrounding countryside. Traditional in style with exposed beams and warming woodburning stove. The village of Bourton-on-the-Hill is well positioned between Moterton-in-Marsh and Broadway creating an ideal base for enjoying this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Cotswold Way passes through with a network of well waymarked paths for ramblers and strollers alike along with some great cycling. Served well by the National Trust with a variety of manors and gardens to include Snows Hill Manor Chedworth Roman Villa and Chastleton House. Lunch at the nearby organic farm stores or a cream tea in Bibury or travel further afield to Stratford-upon-Avon the birth place of William Shakespeare or Cheltenham for the Gold Cup and Literature Festival. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin zip-and-link (that can be made into a king-size on request). Bathroom: with bath separate shower and WC on the ground floor. Lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs included) TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer and washing machine. Outside: cottage style garden with furniture. Amenities: off-road parking for 1 car additional parking available in the village. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: shop 2 miles pub within walking distance. Arrival: 3pm.
