We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property REVERSE LEVEL PROPERTY WITH SPACIOUS BALCONY PATIO IN NORTHUMBERLAND The semi-detached property with garage is adjoined to the owners property and features a large balcony patio and is located in the small village of Widdrington. Widdrington is ideally located for exploring the Northumberland coast famously known for its natural beauty and history. From small pretty villages to name only a few- Crastor Bamburgh Dunstanburgh to the holy island of Lindisfarne. Being located on the east coast mainline it opens up the opportunity to visit Morpeth Newcastle or even Edingburgh for shopping trips. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: on the ground floor 1 king-size with en-suite bathroom and WC 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open plan with gas fire SkyTV electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer on the first floor. Outside: Large patio balcony area with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking.
