We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

If you fancy a more novel way of exploring the town the land train stops just a stone s throw from your door and takes in the whole of the town. You can visit some of Newquay s all year round popular destinations from Newquay Zoo Waterworld Blue Reef Aquarium Dairy Land and many more. Newquay is fast growing as a foodie destination with Watergate Bay just a short drive home to Jamie Oliver s restaurant. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king- size with en-suite shower room and WC and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: open-plan with gas fire TV/DVD/SkyTV and sea views from the patio door. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob dishwasher microwave American style fridge/freezer and washing machine. Outside: front and rear private patio areas with garden furniture and gas BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 2 dogs welcome.
