We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property CONTEMPORARY COASTAL APARTMENT WITH SUPERB SEA VIEWS This delightful first floor flat has been finished to a superb standard and has been furnished in a light and airy yet homely style. Located on the outskirts of Newquay it boasts an idyllic and convenient location adjacent to sandy beaches such as the ever popular Whipsiderry beach which is directly opposite the apartment. Walkers can enjoy unrivalled sea views from the South West Coast Path which is in front of the apartment where you can walk towards Padstow home to Rick Stein s restaurant or Watergate Bay with Jamie Oliver s Fifteen Cornwall restaurant. Porth Beach is a few minutes walk from the property with a sandy beach ideal for couples friends family fun and surfers. A short drive will take you into the buzzing coastal resort of Newquay with a selection of shops bars restaurants boating lake Newquay Zoo Blue Reef Aquarium and further sandy beaches. Within an easy drive other attractions include The Eden Project Cornish Birds Of Prey Centre Camel Cycle Trail The Lost Gardens of Heligan and numerous National Trust properties. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size with en-suite shower room with WC and 1 twin with TV for playing DVD s only. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV/DVD Xbox iPod dock sofa bed and French doors to enclosed balcony with sea views. Kitchen area: with electric oven and hob microwave fridge freezer dishwasher and washer/dryer. Amenities: private undercover off-road parking for 1 car. Bed linen towels electric underfloor heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 small/medium size dog welcome. Regret no smoking. Additional info: there is lift access to the apartment.
