We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property DELIGHTFUL BARN CONVERSION IN VILLAGE SETTING Newly refurbished for 2016 this charming thatched semi-detached grade II listed building offers deceptively spacious accommodation full of charm and character including exposed beams. Set on the edge of the delightful village of North Tawton you will be ideally positioned for touring the whole of Devon. The property is a few minutes walk from the town centre which offers a selection of shops and pubs for your convenience. You will also find the well-known Tarka Trail within a short walk which is great for those wishing to take long walks or cycle rides and the well-known fishing lakes at Spires are just 2 miles. A short drive away you ll find Dartmoor National Park Exmoor National Park and many unspoilt Devon villages and towns that are all worth a visit. Bude with its beautiful sandy beaches is easily accessible as is the City of Exeter which is known for its beautiful Cathedral cobbled streets array of shops and restaurants situated a half an hour away. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: on the ground floor with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV DVD hi-fi and doors leading onto the terrace with countryside views. Kitchen area with electric oven and gas hob fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave and washer/dryer. Outside: enclosed terrace and garden reached via a few steps with garden furniture. Owners are happy for your dogs to be exercised in a large secure paddock when there are no livestock present. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Additional info: BBQs are not allowed due to the thatched roof.
