We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property COSY COTTAGE NESTLED WITHIN THE NORTH YORKSHIRE MOORS NATIONAL PARK This contemporary terraced property features beams and a woodburner. Positioned centrally in the quaint village of Osmotherely with grass and tree lined streets three village inns fish and chip shop and village store its the perfect base for exploring the Hambleton and Cleveland Hills. The North York Moors comprise of the Plain of Cleveland to the north and the vales of Pickering and York to the south. The park is at its scenic best in August and September when the purple heather is in bloom. Osmotherley a picturesque North Yorkshire village within the park is the starting point of the Lyke Wake Walk. The Cleveland Way National Trail also runs through the village while Wainwright s famous coast to coast walk passes close by. Other places well worth a visit located close by include Helmsley Rievaulx Abbey Mount Grace Priory Hutton-le-Hole Thornton-le-Dale and Goathland also known as Heartbeat country. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with TV and 1 double zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request). Shower room: with shower and WC. Lounge: with woodburner (first basket of logs included) and TV. Kitchen/diner: with electric double oven and gas hob microwave dishwasher washing machine tumble dryer fridge freezer and wine chiller. Outside: enclosed patio area on two levels with garden seating and BBQ. Second level patio is accessed via steep spiral staircase. Amenities: roadside parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 dog welcome. Additional info: welcome pack on arrival with essential items. Location: beach 25 miles pubs and shop all within walking distance.
