We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Occupying an elevated position just outside Dartmoor National Park and with stunning countryside views it provides an opportunity to completely switch off! Rugged Dartmoor is virtually on your doorstep and the popular tourist destinations of the South coast to the unspoilt villages littered around the North Devon coastline are easily accessible. The picturesque cathedral in the city of Exeter is a short drive and is a must-see when coming to this part of the world with its cobbled streets array of architecture from medieval to modern day. Other attractions within easy reach include Castle Drogo Crealy Adventure Park Devon and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. Alternatively relax on site and take in the glorious far-reaching views over the Devon countryside from the garden and private enclosed patio areas. The accommodation is arranged on one level via a gravelled footpath and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 spacious king-size with TV and en-suite shower room with WC and 1 cosy twin (with zip-and-link bed that can be made as a king-size on request). Shower room: with WC. Lounge: lovely light room with TV/DVD double sofa bed (that can be used to accommodate two extra guests) and sliding door to large enclosed patio. Kitchen/diner: with electric double oven and hob fridge freezer microwave dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: large enclosed decked patio area with garden furniture BBQ and stunning views. Amenities: ample private off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Regret no smoking inside the property. Location: pub 2 miles and selection of shops and eateries in Okehampton 3 miles.
