We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property FAMILY RETREAT IN MID WALES SET IN PERFECT SCENERY This fabulous property offers an ideal place for a family get-away in the quiet welsh countryside. Lovingly renovated with a wealth of oak beams and wooden floors it boasts a wonderful home-from-home feel. Situated in the stunning scenic area of the Tanat Valley in Mid Wales the cottage nestles on the riverbank of the river Afon Tanat and with views of St Thomas Church you are well placed to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The village of Llanfyllin is only 5 miles away and boasts many shops restaurants and pubs. The ancient town of Welshpool is 17 miles away which is a 30 minute drive and offers a vibrant weekly market selection of shops and eating establishments. A short drive away from Snowdonia National Park other attractions within easy reach are Welshpool and Llanfair Light Railway Museum Revolution Mountain bike park Lake Vyrnwy watersports centre and RSPB Bird Reserve where you might just see the Ospreys feeding from the lake and of course just down the road is one of The Seven Wonders of Wales the magnificent Llanrhaeadr waterfall.
