We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property RENOVATED LONGHOUSE BARN WITH BEACH WITHIN EASY REACH This property has been lovingly converted to create a spacious and attractive space for guests to relax and enjoy. Set amongst a small group of barns with a potter s studio and accessed via a gravel pathway it is a perfect holiday spot. Located approximately half a mile westwards of the small village of Crows-An-Wra beside the first and last hill in England Chapel Carn Brea a granite outcrop with wonderful walks across open moorland and rural countryside. Conveniently located on the A30 with easy access to explore West Cornwall some of the areas finest must see destinations including Lands End the Minack Open Air Theatre set on the exposed rugged cliffs. Sennen Cove with its golden sand and turquoise waters is 3 miles from your door. Or simply while away the days visiting quaint fishing villages such as Mousehole and Newlyn and further afield Penzance and Marazion offers many shops pubs and restaurants. The accommodation approached by a number of stone steps offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size and 1 double with restricted access to the bed and TV. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan split level with TV/DVD. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob dishwasher fridge/freezer microwave and washing machine. Outside: enclosed gravelled patio area and lawn with garden furniture. Amenities: allocated off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 2 dogs welcome. Regret no smoking. Additional info: stair gates available for use. Location: beach shop and pub all within 3 miles. Arrival: 3.30pm.
