Most properties where dogs are welcome will allow them throughout, however please check the individual property description as some owners may request that they are restricted to a specific area i.e. kitchen or conservatory etc.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Set just 1 mile inland from the coves and villages that hug this picturesque Atlantic coastline. Fine beaches adorn this coastline with the most stunning being Sennen Cove which is pet friendly all year round just a short drive away. The ever popular villages of Mousehole and St Just are also close by. There are many restaurants and traditional inns in the local area many with stunning views out to sea and over this rugged coastline that has been showcased in the BBC series Poldark. Enjoy many attractions such as Tate Modern in St Ives St Michaels Mount Minack Theatre Poldark and Geevor Tin Mines Trebah Gardens Flambards Karting and the Paradise theme park. This reverse-level accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size with TV doors to a large conservatory and en-suite bathroom with bath separate shower and WC and 1 twin (1 small double and 1 single) with TV and en-suite bathroom with bath separate shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with woodburner effect gas fire smart TV and DVD and leading out on to a balcony with views towards the Isles of Scilly. Kitchen area well-equipped with electric double oven and hob microwave fridge freezer dishwasher wine cooler and TV. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: secure garden area with BBQ seating pet shower and large covered storage area for bikes and canoes.
