We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

The barn which is named after the lovely farmer who lived and worked the surrounding land has been transformed from a once modest shepherd s cottage. Well located to explore the Wye Valley and Forest of Dean in one direction and the Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons in the other. Located just 20 minutes from the Severn Bridge with easy access to Cardiff Monmouth Usk and Abergavenny perfect for the country shows and food festivals throughout the year. In the Welsh borderlands you will find Tintern Abbey Chepstow Castle The Roman Fortress in Caerleon are all within easy reach The Big Pit is also well worth a trip with children (free of charge) a chance to head underground in a real mine.
