We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property DETACHED SINGLE STOREY PROPERTY WITH LARGE GARDEN CLOSE TO COAST This superb detached property has been refurbished to a high standard and benefits from a large enclosed garden which wraps around the property. It s village location just a short distance to the coast makes this property the perfect base for a family holiday or relaxing break for couples. Situated within the village of Trelights just a short drive from the beautiful North Cornish coastline and historic fishing village of Port Isaac. You will be spoilt for choice with places to visit including the fishing village of Rock being 5 miles away the bustling market town of Wadebridge 7 miles and the seaside resort of Polzeath 4 miles away. Good beaches include Polzeath great for surfing and Rock with it s sailing and water ski school both of which are approximately a 10 minute drive. Tintagel and Boscastle are within a 20 minute drive as is the historic harbour town of Padstow. Attractions include the Eden Project Lost Gardens of Heligan Newquay Zoo Tintagel Castle Crealy Adventure Park Screech Owl Sanctuary Bodmin and Wenford Railway numerous National Trust properties and more. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size with en-suite bathroom with separate walk in shower freestanding bath and WC which can also be accessed from the hallway. 1 zip-and-link twin (which can be made into a king-size on request) with en-suite shower room and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with woodburner TV/Blu-ray DVD with built in Wi-Fi and patio doors leading out onto the decked area. Dining area. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob fridge dishwasher microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. Utility: with wash basin freezer and washing machine. Outside: large enclosed private garden and raised patio area at the front with seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking for up to 4 cars. Bed linen electric heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking in the property. 2 dogs welcome (regret no dangerous breeds). Additional info: outside shower available great for after trips to the beach washing off wetsuits surfboards and muddy dogs. Short breaks available between October and April outside of these months short breaks may be available upon request but will be charged at the full weekly rate. Location: beach 2 miles farm shop & restaurant (seasonal opening hours) 1.5 miles and hotel/pub restaurant within walking distance.
