We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property PRETTY 1930 S BUNGALOW RIGHT ON THE EDGE OF THE NEW FOREST NATIONAL PARK This delightful property is located on the edge of The New Forest National Park in the village of Ibsley between Ringwood and Fordingbridge. Just a short walk from the park and boasting half an acre of enclosed garden it provides a great base for couples and small families alike. You will be ideally situated for exploring this popular counties of Hampshire Dorset and Wiltshire including the coastal towns of Bournemouth and Poole (12 miles) the historic cathedral city of Salisbury (14 miles) Southampton (20 miles) and Lymington (15 miles) from which it is a short ferry trip to the Isle of Wight. Walkers and cyclists will be in their element with easy access to the 219 sq. miles of the New Forest Blashford Lakes Nature Reserve and the Avon Valley Path which covers 34 beautiful miles between Christchurch and Salisbury. In addition National Trust Mottisfont famous for its walled rose gardens and Kingston Lacy are both close by. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: bath with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with open fire and woodburner effect electric fire and TV/DVD. Dining room: with woodburner effect electric fire and TV. Kitchen: with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer wine cooler dishwasher and washing machine. Utility room. Outside: large enclosed garden with lawn patio area lockable bicycle storage garden furniture and BBQ and small lawn area to the front. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: beach 12 miles shops and restaurants 4 miles and pubs within walking distance.
