If you are thinking of taking a puppy this MUST be declared to holidaycottages.co.uk at the time of booking and will need to be specifically authorised by the owner.

Sometimes it will state 'by arrangement', if so, the breed or size of dog will need to be checked with the owner of the property.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

With a beach pretty harbour and an abundance of pubs and restaurants close by it provides an ideal base for a fun-filled holiday. This stunning part of Cornwall boasts unique countryside and a pretty coastline with some lovely walks sheltered coves and traditional fishing villages including Fowey and Mevagissey to explore. St Austell is also conveniently situated within easy access to the A30 and A38 making this an ideal spot from which to tour the whole of Cornwall and enjoy attractions such as the famous Eden Project (less than 2 miles away) The Lost Gardens of Heligan the historical village and harbour of Charlestown and the city of Truro. The nearby china clay trails offer a range of routes for cyclists and walkers. Slightly further afield but still within easy reach other places to visit include Bodmin Moor Lands End and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. First floor apartment with level access offers TWO bedrooms: 1 spacious master king-size with en-suite shower room and WC Juliet balcony and views across St Austell to the sea beyond and 1 large twin with sofa bed (that can be used to accommodate an additional person). Bathroom: with shower attachment on bath separate shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: light and airy open plan living space with Smart TV and DVD Juliet balcony and views across St Austell to the sea beyond. Kitchen area: with electric double oven and hob fridge freezer microwave dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside: shared garden area with sea views. Amenities: private designated parking space for 1 car (there are also 3 visitors parking spaces for the complex available on a first come first served basis). Bed linen towels electric and electric heating (underfloor heating in communal spaces) 1 dog welcome (2 by arrangement). Regret no smoking. Location: beach 2 miles shops pubs and restaurants all within walking distance.
