We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property A RUSTIC COTTAGE LOCATED IN THE BEAUTIFUL CORNISH COUNTRYSIDE This end of terrace typical Cornish cottage is full of character and charm with low ceilings and doorways. A quiet retreat to relax and explore the beautiful coastline and countryside surroundings. Centrally located within 3 miles of the southern Cornish coast and within walking distance of The Eden Project. You will be a short drive to a range of beaches sheltered coves and fishing villages as well as attractions to suit all tastes which include The Tall Ships at Charlestown Lost Gardens of Heligan numerous National Trust properties gardens and the fishing villages of Fowey Looe and Polperro. Enjoy lovely walks direct from the property relax in the garden or visit one of many nearby family pubs. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms upstairs via cottage style stairs: 1 double with TV and iPod dock and 1 twin with TV Xbox and iPod dock. Bathroom: with bath and handheld shower attachment separate shower and WC. Separate WC on the ground floor. Lounge: with woodburner (logs included) SkyTV and DVD. From the lounge step up into the Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and hob dishwasher and microwave. Utility room: with washing machine tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. Outside: an enclosed traditional cottage garden to the front of the property with seating lawn area and handmade BBQ area accessed across the shared right of way. Amenities: ample off road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 2 dogs welcome. Regret no smoking. Additional information: the terrace is accessed via a thin country lane please take care with low vehicles. Location: beach 4.5 miles. Pub and shop 1 mile.
