We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

About the property GRADE II LISTED COTTAGE REFURBISHED IN CONTEMPORARY COUNTRY STYLE This delightful property is set in the small village of Steeple Langford which forms part of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. With access to a public footpath close-by and just a short walk to Langford Lakes outdoor enthusiasts will be in their element. The immediate area is famed from its wealth of ancient sites historic houses stone circles and beautiful gardens and the village itself boasts a church dating from the 12th century with a Norman font and pre-conquest stonework and sculptures and a popular family run pub. Enthusiastic walkers riders and cyclists will also be well served by the many miles of footpaths bridle paths and cycle ways available right on the doorstep. Other attractions and places of interest accessible from here include Salisbury Bath Stonehenge Longleat Wells Bradford on Avon Heale House and gardens and numerous National Trust properties and gardens including Stourhead. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 master king-size with TV/DVD and 1 double. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: with woodburner (logs included) TV/DVD and iPod dock. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and hob additional two ring electric hob microwave fridge/freezer washing machine and dishwasher. Outside: elevated garden with lawn BBQ and garden room with sofa bed. Amenities: off-road parking for 1 small car and additional roadside parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating underfloor heating (on the ground floor) and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Location: shop 3 miles and pub within walking distance.
