We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Located near to the pretty village of St Mellion and its famous Jack Nicklaus golf course. Located just over the River Tamar with so much to explore just minutes from the property. From the stunning rural scenery to the coast and the attractions of the historic ocean city of Plymouth. The nearest beaches are located on the Rame peninsular just 5 miles from the property. Just along the coast one can discover the picture postcard resort towns of Looe and Polperro both popular with the visitors and neither has changed much over the generations. Attractions in the area include The Monkey Sanctuary the Adrenalin Quarry Go karting Porfell Wildlife Park The Eden Project and many National Trust properties. Leisure facilities: six acres of private wild woodland with access via a track to a large field where dogs are welcome (recommend bringing your wellies as this can become quite muddy). Outside: enclosed garden area with furniture and shared use of large level gardens. Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: beaches at Whitsand and Looe 20 minutes drive shop at Tamar Nurseries 100 metres and pub within walking distance. Arrival: 3pm. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: both with TVs on the first floor 1 king-size. On the ground floor 1 twin zip-and-link (which can be made up as a super-king-size on request) with en-suite with shower and WC. Bathroom: with bath separate shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with sofa bed and Smart TV. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob microwave dishwasher fridge/freezer washing machine and tumble dryer.
