We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Located in the pretty village of Kirkconnel only 2 miles from the ancient Royal Burgh of Sanquhar in the wonderful region of Dumfries & Galloway. The area is a paradise for walkers mountain bikers and hikers with 200 miles of coast line and the Southern Upland Way to explore which runs from Portpatrick in the west to Cockburnspath in the east. River salmon fishing is available on the River Nith. Golfers are spoilt for choice with the Royal Troon and Turnberry to the north and Sanquhar Thornhill and Southerness in the south. The vibrant city of Glasgow is only an hour away by train with its excellent shopping and leisure facilities and the beautiful city of Edinburgh is just a little further afield. Leisure facilities: hot tub. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size on the first floor and 1 twin on the ground floor. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner/kitchen: spacious open-plan room with smart TV and French doors leading out to garden. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob fridge freezer dishwasher washing machine Tassimo espresso machine and microwave. Outside: enclosed private decked patio area with seating and magnificent views private hot tub private front garden and enclosed garden to the side of the property. Amenities: ample off-road parking.
