We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

The property has far-reaching rural views and is great for days out across Yorkshire with the family. Thornton-Le-Dale is a beautiful place to visit with something for everyone; offering an array of local shops and services along with a huge range of amenities and activities. Located in the North York Moors National Park four miles east of Thornton Le Dale. Further afield you can find both Harrogate and York which both have a variety of shops and cafes. The North York Moors National Park offers many traditional leisure pursuits within a short drive. The area has a wealth of attractions including the coastal resorts of Whitby and Scarborough Castle Howard pretty market towns including Pickering Helmsley and Malton and the family theme park Flamingoland. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 master double with TV and 1 single. Shower Room: with shower and WC on the first floor. Lounge: spacious room with woodburner DAB radio with iPod docking station TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: open-plan with electric oven and hob fridge with ice compartment washer/dryer and microwave. Outside: enclosed garden with patio for alfresco dining. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels Wi-Fi electric and central heating included. 1 dog welcome between 1st April and 30th September. Location: Beach 10 miles pub 1/2 a mile and shops 2 miles. Arrival: 3.00pm.
