Sometimes it will state 'by arrangement', if so, the breed or size of dog will need to be checked with the owner of the property.

We do have strict guidelines for dog owners and they very rarely present a problem. We do ask all dog owners to adhere to these guidelines (failure to do so may result in you being asked to leave without compensation).

- Dogs must be under strict control at all times while on the property.
- Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleaned up without delay.
- The owner must bring the dog?s bed or basket for sleeping in.
- Dogs must not be left alone in the property.
- Dogs must not lie on beds or chairs, and hair must be cleared up before departing.

Conveniently located in a central position on the border between Dorset and Wiltshire it provides a great base from which to explore this picturesque part of the country. Discover the heart of the Dorset countryside with beautiful landscapes and hidden valleys all of which offer fantastic walks. The County really has something for everyone including countless picturesque villages to explore Longleat Safari Park Monkey World Bovington Tank Museum Stonehenge and Compton Abbas Airfield. Nearby are the pretty market towns of Shaftesbury Blandford Forum Sherborne Gillingham and Salisbury each offering an array of amenities pubs shops and restaurants. Slightly further afield but still within easy reach you will find the spectacular Jurassic Coast and the city of Bath famed for its architecture fabulous shopping experience and Spa. Games facilities: outside shared play area on site with trampoline football goals swings and a slide. The accommodation is arranged on one level and offers TWO bedrooms: 2 twins (can be made as king-size on request at time of booking) with en-suite shower room with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan with flat screen TV/DVD. Kitchen area with electric oven and hob fridge/ with ice compartment and microwave. Outside: seating outside the property and shared garden area. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen towels electric electric heating and limited Wi-Fi included. Additional info: Z bed available (with bedding) on request at time of booking. Communal laundry room with use of washer/dryer for a small additional cost honesty box by machine. Regret no smoking. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Location: expansive stretch of sandy beach at Bournemouth 35 miles pub and village shop 1.5 miles in Semley.
